All of Association’s roads (which the exception of Paseo Real) will be fully repaved (ground down, re-graded, and repaved) the week of December 5 (actual dates are Tuesday Dec. 6 through Thursday Dec. 8).
Each resident of Association 1 who fronts Calle Avila, Calle Mora, Camino Jalan, or Calle Barcelona (plus residents of Calle Toledo in Association 2) will receive a detailed notice in the mail and/or email, plus additional notices handed out by hand AND posted on the Bulletin Board, prior to the work being performed. Please read carefully and plan accordingly your auto entrance and egress times plus temporary parking during the paving days. Temporary parking will be allowed in your association guest spaces and on Paseo Real.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. However, we are very happy that we are able to perform this timely work from our healthy reserves, without the need for special assessments.
