Painting in late September, 2019

Painting starts September 23 throughout our HOA. Painting will include trim, wooden doors/trim/pergolas, jams, entry gates, garage doors, rain gutters and fascia boards. More information will be made available as we approach the start date.

NOTICE: Road Repaving – Dec 6-8, 2016

All of Association’s roads (which the exception of Paseo Real) will be fully repaved (ground down, re-graded, and repaved) the week of December 5 (actual dates are Tuesday Dec. 6 through Thursday Dec. 8).

Concrete Repairs Have Been Completed

The Board and several contractors examined the common area sidewalks and unit driveways earlier this year for significant wear-and-tear and tripping hazards, and the selected contractor recently finished repairs and resurfacing.
