We are excited that our new locking mailboxes will be installed in mid-October. We are making final arrangements with the installer for delivery and installation. It will be necessary for each owner (or their designated proxy) to pick up the keys to their box. We will have a day when you can sign for and pick up your keys onsite in our complex, and if not able to make that, at the Desert Management office. Keys cannot be mailed to off-site owners; the Post Office disallows this.
Details on distribution will be mailed to each owner within the next couple of weeks.
