The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held virtually this year via Zoom on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 10AM. Please click on the event over to the right under Upcoming Events more specific instructions on how to attend the meeting.

Your Winter 2021 Newsletter is now available. It was emailed to all residents (who have selected email delivery), and is available as a PDF on the Newsletters page of this website. Included in this edition: New Bylaws Passage, Notice of Annual Meeting, Dues increase, Landscape Items, plus Reminders and Neighborhood News. Handy phone numbers are also included.

The revised Bylaws have been approved (31 yes votes and 4 no votes). These will be available on the Documents page once they are officially recorded. Please re-visit the website in the coming month to check for this.

A single page condensed version of the Association rules is located on the Documents page now for easy reference. This document is perfect for posting on a refrigerator or credenza as an easy reference for tenants or family. The document contains the most important rules, but is not a complete list. Please refer to the full Rules & Regulations document for the complete list.

Monthly board meetings do continue to be held on the last Thursday of each month, although virtually using audio teleconference. If you wish to “attend”, please contact the Association’s manager Michelle Mata at Desert Management for instructions, prior to the scheduled meeting.

All newsletters are mailed to those who do not wish online access for Association business. However, for those who are ok with getting Association business online, you can find the current and (some) previous newsletters on the website under Newsletters. The Fall 2020 Newsletter now appears there. Please review the newsletter since not all newsletter articles are posted on the website. The current newsletter discusses the ByLaws update, Neighborhood News, and News from the Board, including maintenance activities.

The current newsletter discusses pool and spa updates, updates regarding JAX Bar + Dining, how to sign up for HOA emails, an introduction to our newest board member Ricky Leeper, earthquake insurance special assessment, and the newsletter includes helpful phone numbers.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and recommendations from the federal, state and local authorities, the Board of Directors has decided to postpone the Annual Meeting of the Association and upcoming board meetings indefinitely. Please stayed tuned to this website and to your email for changes to decision or any reschedulings.

So that there will be a quorum for the Annual Meeting when it does take place, please fill out and mail in your ballots.

There have been recent updates to the Association Collection Policy and the Adopted Election Rules. These are now posted on the Documents page, under Governing Documents.

The Board of Directors has approved new guidelines for the replacement/upgrading of all windows and sliding glass doors within the Association. This guideline document was mailed or emailed to all homeowners, but can now also be found on the Documents page of this website.
