Effective November 12, 2022, White Star Management becomes the management company for our Association. The Board has selected White Star its expertise and reputation in HOA Management. More information will be available shortly on our specific Association Manager and their contact information. Until November 12, the current management company–Desert Management–should be contacted for any association requests.

Your Autumn 2022 Newsletter is now available on the site. It was emailed to all residents (who have selected email delivery) and is available as a PDF on the Newsletters page of this website. Included in this edition: landscaping update, neighborhood news, board news on projects. Handy phone numbers are also included.

All residents are reminded that–by county health regulations–pets are NOT allowed in the pool areas, even if leashed. And under no circumstances are pets allowed in the pools themselves. Violations of this county regulation may result in fines and/or temporary closure of the pool.

Please keep your pets at home when using the pool. Thank you.

Homeowners are reminded that the landscapers, pool technicians and other vendors receive their direction from the Board of Directors via Desert Management. Please do not address vendors directly. If you see an issue that should be addressed, please contact Desert Management so that they can log the issue and present to the Board and/or the vendor for resolution.

The Board would like to notify you that the Association will be re-surfacing pool decks and re-plastering pool & spas 1, 3 and 4. The work will take approximately 3-4 weeks for each pool area to be completed, and until then they will remain closed for use.

Re-plastering will begin at pool #1 on 9/27, pool #3 on 10/5 and pool #4 on 10/18.

Re-surfacing will begin at pool #1 on 10/4, pool #3 on 10/14 and pool #4 on 10/28.

During this time both pool areas #2 and #5 (both pool and spa) will remain open for use. Please check the mailing sent to you that highlights the open pools in Yellow for your convenience.

The Board acknowledges that this will be a temporary inconvenience, but everyone is looking forward to the Association looking great. Thank you for your cooperation.

Board meetings (starting in May) will be held on the 4th Monday of each month at 10am via Teleconference (until further notice). This is now reflected in the website calendar. November and December of this year have not yet been scheduled; please visit the website in October for an update.
