Please send in your ballots!!!

The Annual Meeting cannot take place unless we have 32 out of 62 homes represented, and representation is determined (pre-meeting) by the number of ballots that are in. Please complete and mail-in your ballot as soon as possible so that we know that there will be a quorum.

The procedure for completing your ballot and envelopes is contained in the mailing sent out February 11, as well as in the Annual Meeting post preceding this post. There is a small typo in the mailed instructions. Item #5 should refer to Envelope #2, not #1. Please do NOT sign anywhere on #1 (the inner envelope), but DO sign the front of envelope #2 where indicated.
