Your Autumn 2021 Newsletter is now available. It was emailed to all residents (who have selected email delivery), and is available as a PDF on the Newsletters page of this website. Included in this edition: news regarding pools and spas, water leaks, Spectrum cable options, landscape updates, main call box, plus Reminders and Neighborhood News. The Board would like to notify you that the Association will be re-surfacing pool decks and re-plastering pool & spas 1, 3 and 4. The work will take approximately 3-4 weeks for each pool area to be completed, and until then they will remain closed for use.

Re-plastering will begin at pool #1 on 9/27, pool #3 on 10/5 and pool #4 on 10/18.

Re-surfacing will begin at pool #1 on 10/4, pool #3 on 10/14 and pool #4 on 10/28.

During this time both pool areas #2 and #5 (both pool and spa) will remain open for use. Please check the mailing sent to you that highlights the open pools in Yellow for your convenience.

The Board acknowledges that this will be a temporary inconvenience, but everyone is looking forward to the Association looking great. Thank you for your cooperation.

Board meetings (starting in May) will be held on the 4th Monday of each month at 10am via Teleconference (until further notice). This is now reflected in the website calendar. November and December of this year have not yet been scheduled; please visit the website in October for an update.

Your Spring/Summer 2021 Newsletter is now available. It was emailed to all residents (who have selected email delivery), and is available as a PDF on the Newsletters page of this website. Included in this edition: Riverside County enters into the Orange Tier, Board News (including Pool Filter Theft, Earthquake Insurance, New Board Member, Wall Damage, Errant Golf Balls and Landscape Update) plus Reminders and Neighborhood News. You may now securely pay your HOA dues by going to a link on this site. See Pay My HOA Dues in the menu above. This link will take you to a secure page at the Association’s bank. This is a great option to choose over mailing a check and incurring posting delays; you will have certainty about the transfer of funds. This option is free if you use an e-check, and a small fee is involved if you use a debit or credit card.

The Amended & Restated Bylaws of the our Association have been recorded. A copy of these Bylaws is now located on the Documents page of this website.

The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held virtually this year via Zoom on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 10AM. Please click on the event over to the right under Upcoming Events more specific instructions on how to attend the meeting.
