The Board and several contractors examined the common area sidewalks and unit driveways earlier this year for significant wear-and-tear and tripping hazards, and the selected contractor recently finished repairs and resurfacing.
During the examination period, the Board prioritized the issues, opting to handle the most serious ones (involving a tripping hazard) this year. As we roll into 2017 and 2018, additional concrete projects will occur to address lower-priority concrete issues.
