In our last annual meeting, we mentioned that we would being setting up some committees this year. These committees (Landscape, Lighting, and Disaster Preparedness) would be responsible for monitoring, inventorying and tracking the specific common area assets under their auspices, and reporting this and making related recommendations to the Board of Directors of the Association.
The committees have not yet been formed, but in our next mass mailing we will be including applications for these committees. Membership on a committee is by appointment by the Board after evaluation of all applications and meeting basic eligibility requirements. We are looking for supportive teamwork-oriented homeowners who are dedicated to the continued improvement of our Association. We invite you to submit an application once you find what meets your interest.
