When we held our annual meeting in March, we had no idea that the negotiation period would last over two months. If we had repeatedly told you “it’s almost here!”, we would have had to retract that utterance several times. So that’s why you didn’t hear anything during negotiation.

After months of negotiation, the Median Agreement between our Association and Welk Resort Group has been approved and executed. This comprehensive agreement between the two parties spells out the responsibilities and standards with regard to the Paseo Real median, for both renovation and continued maintenance.
This agreement was especially important because prior to it, there was no agreement between Association 1 and Welk Resort Group that pertained to the median and its maintenance. Continue reading
For several months, the Board has looked at various options for enhancing lighting within the Association. We wish to reduce consumption using LED technology, as well as to make lighting levels more effective.
We have replaced our walkway pagoda lights with LED lights in a sturdy long-lasting material that will not rust. Continue reading
We’ve created this new website so that we can replace the old Association newsletter with a regularly updated site. On this site, you will see the current projects on which the Association is working, along with the governing and reference documents of the Association (Rules & Regs, CC&Rs, By-Laws, Architectural Guidelines etc.) Dates of both Association and community events will be displayed on a calendar. You may also report a problem to the management company or ask the board a question.
