The Board has approved the next phase in its Lighting Improvement Project, addressing selective spotlighting in various areas to improve both aesthetics and ambient light levels, as well as at some visitor parking spaces. This project is expected to take place over the next two months.
In addition, the Board is surveying additional locations where either pagoda or pole lighting can benefit ambient light levels, especially along interior walkways. This will be staged after the above phase is complete.
We continue to urge homeowners to be responsible for their own front-of-unit lighting (on either side of the garage door, on the porch, and on walltops) to provide crime-deterring ambient light adjacent to your homes. Please follow the style guidelines provided on the Documents page, and if there is a question about the appropriate style, please complete and get approved an Architectural Variance form before installing your new lights.
