Last season, the Board installed lighting and alarm systems at pool equipment corrals. Finally, after years of problems, these measures have successfully suppressed pool equipment thefts. There have been no equipment thefts since installation!
If you do hear an alarm near the pool equipment area, you need not contact the management company or law enforcement. The Board has protocols in place to investigate and respond to any alerts.
This investment ultimately will save the Association thousands of dollars in equipment replacement and repair costs.
